Do I need a referral to book?
A referral is usually not required. Some insurance plans may have specific requirements, so check your benefits if coverage is important.
Can naturopathic care be used with conventional medicine?
Yes. Bring your medications, supplements and recent labs so recommendations can be made safely and collaboratively.
Are appointments covered by insurance?
Many extended health plans cover naturopathic services, but coverage varies. Confirm details directly with your insurer.
Do you offer discovery calls?
Dr. Zorn offers complimentary 15-minute discovery calls when available through the booking process. Availability may vary.
Is virtual care available?
Yes, for Ontario-based patients when the concern is appropriate for remote care.
Will I need lab testing?
Not always. Testing is discussed when it may clarify the picture or change the plan.
Should I stop medications or supplements before the appointment?
Do not stop prescribed medication unless directed by the prescribing clinician.
What if I have urgent symptoms?
For urgent or severe symptoms, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department or contact your physician.
