Her approach
Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn is a naturopathic doctor serving Kitchener, Cambridge and Ontario-based virtual patients. Her practice is shaped by curiosity, compassion and a belief that patients deserve care that looks at the whole picture rather than one symptom in isolation.
Her clinical interests include women’s health and hormonal concerns, perimenopause and menopause, fertility and preconception care, PCOS, PMS/PMDD, mental health, burnout, digestion, chronic pain, headaches and acupuncture.
Dr. Zorn uses a blend of modern assessment and naturopathic tools, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, acupuncture and lab review. Her goal is to help patients understand what may be contributing to their concerns and what steps are worth prioritizing first.

What patients can expect
Patients often book when they have been told that “everything looks normal,” yet they still do not feel like themselves. Others come in with a diagnosis and want help understanding their options, building sustainable routines or coordinating care with their existing healthcare team.
Care may start simply: improve sleep timing, clarify cycle patterns, review labs, remove unnecessary supplements, build balanced meals or introduce acupuncture. More detailed testing or interventions are considered when they are likely to change the plan.
