Clinical Nutrition & Supplement Support

Practical support for patients who want to eat in a way that supports energy, digestion, hormones, mood and daily life without unnecessary overwhelm.

Overview

A whole-person way to understand your symptoms.

Nutrition advice can feel confusing because the internet offers too many rules and not enough context. A plan that supports one person’s digestion, hormones or energy may not be right for someone else.

Dr. Zorn uses clinical nutrition to help patients create a practical foundation: steady meals, adequate protein, fibre, hydration, blood sugar support, nutrient repletion and a healthier relationship with routines.

This may be a fit if

You are looking for clarity, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Every patient’s story is different. These are common reasons people book this type of appointment.

  • You feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice.
  • You want support for blood sugar, cravings, energy dips or hormone symptoms.
  • You have digestive symptoms and are unsure which foods actually matter.
  • You are taking many supplements and want a safety-aware review.
  • You want realistic changes that fit work, parenting, stress, budget or food preferences.

Assessment

What Dr. Zorn may consider.

The assessment is tailored to your symptoms, goals and safety needs. Bring current medications, supplements and recent labs.

Consideration 1

Meal timing, protein, fibre, hydration, caffeine, alcohol, cravings and digestion.

Consideration 2

Nutrient markers such as ferritin, B12, vitamin D and other labs when relevant.

Consideration 3

Current supplements, medications, allergies, pregnancy goals and safety considerations.

Consideration 4

Your capacity for change, cooking preferences, cultural foods and relationship with food.

Care plan

What support may include.

Your plan is individualized and adjusted over time. Recommendations depend on what is clinically appropriate and what feels possible for you.

  • Simple meal structure and snack planning when helpful.
  • Nutrition support for digestion, hormones, energy, mood, sleep and recovery.
  • Supplement review to reduce duplication and prioritize what is useful.
  • Targeted nutrients or botanicals when appropriate and safe.
  • Follow-up support to adjust the plan based on real life.

Common questions

Before you book.

Will I get a strict meal plan?

Only if that is appropriate and useful. Many patients do better with flexible structure.

Can you review my supplements?

Yes. Bring every supplement and medication, including doses and brands if possible.

Do I have to remove gluten or dairy?

Not automatically. Food changes should be guided by symptoms, medical history, goals and your relationship with food.
